Responsible for creating a seamless, intuitive, engaging, student learning experience designed around solid principles of the science of learning, instructional design, and curriculum development. I led instructional and learning design teams and worked closely with stakeholders throughout the University to find good design, process, and software solutions to meet the learning needs for five colleges: Nursing, IT, Teachers College, Business, and Health Sciences.

Responsible for the design and development of new features for adaptive learning products. My focus was on features that are STEM-oriented, game-related, social, or student-centric. I followed features and improvements from conception to completion, did instructional design for new products and features, communicated changes with users, and wrote some code. I worked remotely with an international team of editors, technologists, and software developers.
